Sales & Leasing Information

Our beautiful association welcomes anyone 55 and older.  To be a part of our association, you must complete an online application for approval. It is a very simple process. The instructions are below.

RENTAL APPLICATIONS: Oriole Golf and Tennis Club Condominium Two Association, Inc. is not accepting new rental applications at this time. Any grandfathered units must obtain rental approval via email from the Onsite Property Manager, Luzbella Natal, who can be reached at oriole2manager@gmail.com. If a rental application is submitted without the Property Manager's approval email the application may be disapproved, rejected, or closed and no refunds will be issued.  

ALL OTHER APPLICATIONS:  Please click on the button below to obtain the application instructions. Follow the instructions carefully. The instructions will also provide a list of all the documents you will need to upload. *If you are from Canada, please reach out to our Management office prior to starting the application.*

• AS OF 3/19/2026: ORIOLE HAS MET THE RENTAL CAP OF 15%, AT THIS TIME THERE NO NEW RENTAL APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
